Side Delights® Steamables

What are Steamables™?  Smaller-sized potatoes that are:

  • Triple-washed – because no one likes dirty spuds!
  • Microwave in the bag – no mess or cleanup
  • Ready to eat in 8 minutes!
  • No prep work or guesswork – just perfectly steamed potatoes every single time.

Available Types & Size: Microwavable 1.5 lb pouches with Red, Golden, Russet, Fingerling, Medley, Sweet and Duo (Red & Yellow) potatoes

How to Prepare Steamables potatoes:

  • Place unopened bag FRONT SIDE DOWN in the microwave. DO NOT pierce the bag.
  • Microwave on HIGH for 8 to 9 Let stand for 1 minute.
  • Carefully cut the bag open and pour the potatoes into a serving bowl.
  • Toss gently with butter and sprinkle with your favorite seasonings, such as rosemary, thyme, or parsley; add salt and pepper to taste.  Serve and enjoy!

Non-microwave Preparation: Steamables potatoes can also be removed from the steaming bag and cooked in any conventional manner such as boiling, roasting, baking or slow-cooker.

Side Delights® Bakeables

What are Bakeables? Single-serve, light, fluffy baked potatoes you microwave in minutes!

  • Triple-washed and ready to microwave in its wrapper – no mess, no cleanup.
  • Ready to eat in just 8 minutes!

Available Types: Russet potato & Sweet potato

How to Prepare Bakeables:

  • DO NOT remove or poke holes in the wrap.
  • For one potato, microwave on HIGH for 8.
  • Multiple potatoes? Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes per potato.
  • Remove potato(es) from the microwave. Carefully remove the wrap.
  • Cut the potato open lengthwise, gently fluff or mash the potato flesh with a fork, add your favorite baked potato toppings and enjoy! CAUTION: Potato will be HOT. Handle and remove wrap with care.

Side Delights® Prime Select

Prime Select potatoes are:

  • Triple-washed for a ready to cook
  • Similarly sized for consistent, even baking
  • U.S. No. 1 Russet potatoes and U.S. No. 1 Sweet potatoes
  • Four (4) premium potatoes per tray

Side Delights® Grillables

What are Grillables?

  • Triple-washed Russet or Sweet potatoes.
  • Wrapped in foil – sold as individuals and 3-count tray pack.
  • Ready to toss on the grill alongside your favorite cookout foods.

How To Prepare On The Grill:

  • DO NOT remove or poke holes in the foil.  DO NOT microwave.
  • Place on the grill rack over a medium flame for 45-60 minutes.
  • Turn every 10-15 minutes.

How To Prepare Using Conventional Oven:

  • Russet Potatoes: Place on the oven rack and bake at 375° for 60 – 75 minutes.
  • Sweet Potatoes: Place on the oven rack and bake at 400° for 45-60 minutes.
  • Potatoes are done if they give easily when gently squeezed with an oven mitt. Cooking time may vary.
